325 ml (1 ½ cups) plain Greekyogurt
180 ml (¾ cup) coconut milk
7.5 ml (½ tablespoon) honey
180 ml (¾ cup) frozen raspberries
125 ml (½ cup) frozenstrawberries
7-8 Vérifruit chocolate-coveredfrozen strawberries
Coconut flakes (optional)
1.Remove the chocolate-covered strawberries from the freezer. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then slice in half.
2.Meanwhile, pour the Greek yogurt, coconut milk, honey, half the raspberries and strawberries into a blender. Blend until smooth.
3.Divide the smoothie between two small bowls. Garnish with remaining raspberries, Vérifruit chocolate-covered strawberries and coconut flakes.
