310 ml (1 ¼ cups) fresh dates
180 ml (¾ cup) water
60 ml (¼ cup) applesauce
10 ml (2 teaspoons) vanilla extract
180 ml (¾ cup) quick rolled oats
250 ml (1 cup) cashews
60 ml (¼ cup) chia seeds
180 ml (¾ cup) Verifruit chocolate blueberries
1. Place dates and water in a large microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 4 minutes. Use a blender attachment to puree the mixture.
2. In the same bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Use your hands to make 16 balls, the size of ping-pong balls. Place in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
